Verdict

TUSKAR ROCK jumped really well for today's amateur over course and distance 11 days ago. He's got another 6lb to carry but could be difficult to peg back if getting into a rhythm again. Kilcascan won easily at Stratford last month and is only 2lb higher. That's wiped out by Killian Moore's claim but these stiffer fences could be a problem. Milosam is only 2lb higher than when second to Abbeygrey at Newton Abbot, however, and should run his race again though all four of his victories to date have come at Taunton. Jennie Candlish should find a race for Basford Ben this winter and he makes more appeal than Smart Exit and Ray Diamond on these terms.
