Harvie Wallbanger finished second here last month while Genovese made a winning start at Worcester. But there are a few interesting newcomers in this along with Doyen For Money, who has won a point. Range cost €40,000 last year and Secret Plan is a £30,000 half-brother to three winners. ISAAC DES OBEAUX is from the same family as the stable’s top-class chaser Clan Des Obeaux. He cost €100,000 as a two-year-old and his yard’s bumper horses have already hit their stride. Dirk Gently, from last year’s winning stable, is also worth a second look.
