Plenty of these are proven over track and trip but Desert Fox won over 6f here earlier in the month and steps up a grade for this. Pearl Spectre was third over a mile here last Thursday but beaten by Javelin over the course and distance previously and was even further behind HARBOUR VISION earlier. The latter looks the pick of Derek Shaw’s two runners in this having since met trouble in-running at Yarmouth. Bawaader is still something of an unknown quantity so worth a market check while Able Jack could benefit from a drop in class. Quick Breath and Murdanova also have each-way claims.
