Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

Nawar is upped 5lb after scoring at Lingfield in June while Bobby Biscuit scored at the same venue earlier this month and is 3lb higher. City Of Love was beaten only a neck over track and trip before placing over 7f in maiden company and Take It Down Under returns to action having finished third at Yarmouth back in April. DESERT LION (NAP) hated the soft going at Nottingham on his handicap debut having won a novices' race at Bath before that but today’s first-time headgear and an apprentice’s allowance should see David Simcock’s charge make a bold bid in this.
