        Verdict

        Father Ailbe opened his account when stepped up to 1m4f at Lingfield just five days ago. He’s penalised for this while Dark Freedom has been raised 5lb for finishing second over track and trip a fortnight ago when finishing well ahead of Rosedale Topping. SURREY BLAZE (NAP) is another looking to defy a rise in the weights but he did just that when scoring over course and distance last month and there looks more to come from Joseph Tuite’s charge. Amity Island wet close in a maiden handicap at Southwell recently and steps up in distance along with the unexposed Late Change.
