PLATH’s half-brother Ebbesbourne won over this course and distance as a juvenile. Sir Michael Stoute’s filly will stay further than this next year but she made a promising start behind Jaariyah at Kempton last month and will know more today. Kohoof has twice finished fourth over 6f here and may find further improvement for the extra furlong but Inhalation was staying on at the finish when third at Kempton and may already need a mile. The Perfect Crown, a half-brother to three winners, and the Toronado colt Corvair may prove the pick of the newcomers.
