        Verdict

        Aircraft Carrier opened his account for current connections when scoring easily over today's distance at Wolverhampton and will likely be raised more than the 6lb extra he carries here. But LUCKY DEAL has been given a couple of canny rides to record narrow-margin victories over 1m6f at Nottingham and over course and distance last time and Mark Johnston's colt gets the nod having been raised only 3lb for last month's success in this grade. Given Choice won over 1m4f earlier and scored again over 1m2f here a fortnight ago but is upped in class today and the selection's stablemate Victoria Drummond is preferred along with the returning Diocletian, who won over 1m6f at Doncaster during the summer.
