In depth

Verdict

SECRET ART arrives in fine form having won over a mile here before recording a convincing three-length success over track and trip. He’s taken to defy a further 6lb rise but Canberra Cliffs is upped in class after winning over 1m4f at Goodwood last month. Aclimatise found his way blocked at Sandown last time but had beaten Majeed and a below par Nonios at Newmarket before that. Better is expected from the latter back on this surface while Across Dubai can also finish closer having failed to recover from a poor start when sent off favourite at York on his reappearance. Dommersen, Melting Dew and Brave Hero are others capable of much better if back to their best.
