      Verdict

      SPENNITHORNE took a big step forward to win her maiden at Wolverhampton by three lengths and any further progress now handicapping can see her come out best. Archimedes was outclassed in the Windsor Castle at Ascot but had won well at Bath before that while Chicago School and Misu Moneypenny were placed on their handicap debuts but face tougher tasks in this. Jazz Legend, Rocking Rudolph and Tribesman have all gone backwards after making winning starts.
