        Verdict

        Saved My Bacon won last year's renewal but looked to have leading claims here last week and could only manage fifth behind Welease Bwian. There was only a short-head separating Heartsong and Invade when the former scored at Lingfield three weeks ago and that pair are hard to separate while Camdora remains 9lb higher than last month's course and distance success. PENNY DREADFUL scored over track and trip in September. A recent spin in better company here should have blown away any cobwebs and Scott Dixon's filly could make a bold bid off her current mark.
