Verdict

Furious has ran well in a couple of subsequent starts since scoring at Wolverhampton but drops down in trip today along with Probability, who has yet to race over 5f. Mercenary Rose has leading claims having been narrowly beaten in this grade at Goodwood at the start of the month. She finished in front of Concierge, Blame Roberta and AMPLIFY on that occasion but the latter can be forgiven that effort having been denied a clear run. Brian Meehan’s filly had shown good progress before that in completing a double and is only 3lb higher than her latest success at Windsor.
