      Verdict

      Luv U Whatever returned to winning ways over 1m5f here three weeks ago but finds today's trip short enough nowadays. Afonso De Sousa failed to win last year and the handicapper has finally relented by dropping him 2lb but has been more generous with OUR CHANNEL. The latter can race off a 5lb lower mark than when second at Lingfield and the Haggas charge returns to 1m2f for the first time since winning at Epsom in 2014. Whispering Warrior ran well when sixth here last time considering it was his first start since 2014 but the likes of Sirius Prospect and Pearl Spectre have something to prove over today's trip.
