        Verdict

        Masters Apprentice scored over a slightly longer trip here before failing to see out the 2m at Goodwood last time. But KONIGIN posted her best effort so far when third over 1m6f here last month and Luca Cumani’s filly is taken to open her account with any further progress. Refrain is another likely improver as he steps up in distance while Swordbill was placed at Catterick last time and headgear is applied today. Rocky Shores, Global Style and True North appear to be treading water off their current marks and are harder to recommend.
