In depth

Verdict

Most of these can be given a chance but TAPER TANTRUM gets the vote on his recent form over track and trip. He was third to Whoopsy Daisy here a fortnight ago but re-opposes on better terms with Louis Steward’s allowance further helping his cause. Bridge Of Sighs has a shout on his recent second at Sandown to the progressive Inniscastle Lad and the latter had earlier beaten Van Huysen at Brighton while Yorkindred Spirit won on the Tapeta at Newcastle before placing at Beverely last week. Tyrsal has a bit to find with Whoopsy Daisy on collateral form and U S Navy Seal continues to struggle.
