      Verdict

Maiden winner Lightening Gesture has every chance at the weights but ran poorly in a handicap over track and trip on his reappearance when a long way behind fourth-placed BRILLIANT NEWS. The latter may prove the one to side with at this lower level. Bonita B has a shout on these terms and finished in front of Almodovar Del Rio at Lingfield last time but she‘s one of the more exposed having had 16 starts without a win so far and both Cephalus and Say Grace make more appeal.
