In depth

Verdict

EL HOMBRE has been racing over 5f on Tapeta since beaten under a length off a pound higher mark over this course and distance early last month and Mark Loughnane’s charge might be the value in this against a couple of in-form rivals. Album has shown marked improvement since the turn of the year and goes for the hat-trick but is upped in grade and raised a further 5lb. Invincible Larne never seems to run a bad race and has only gone up 2lb since last month’s win at Lingfield while Strong Power has claims on his latest third at the same track.
