Verdict

Dubai Leader improved for the step up to 1m4f and is penalised for winning at Kempton last week. Stablemate Pons Aelius looks high enough in the weights while Mountain Road’s recent win here came over a longer trip. A couple of these look likely to improve having debuted for new yards last time including Artistic Choice but SEA GREY is less exposed having finished third in a decent handicap at Kempton on his first start since January. He gets the vote in an open affair. The remainder have something to prove off their current marks with Wagga Wagga perhaps best of them.
