In depth

Verdict

DREAM FOR GOLD hasn’t raced since September and debuts on the all-weather but is rated 81 on last year’s form including a second at York. He should have the measure of these and is weighted to beat recent Wolverhampton runner-up Erosion Risk. The latter looks best of the rest on that form with Doves Of Peace a likely improver and Quinault preferred to stablemate Fornham St Martin.
