CARVELAS never figured over a shorter trip here last week but had earlier placed over course and distance when finishing in front of both Dolphin Village and Lady Shanawell. John Jenkins’ veteran looks worth another chance in a weak handicap and can confirm running with the latter pair. Ignatius has yet to win on the all-weather and looks no nearer doing so judged on recent efforts but Beau Knight scored over 1m6f here last summer though hasn’t raced since August. Tyrsal popped-up at a big price at Southwell last month but ran poorly at the same track last time.
