        Verdict

        Chapel Choir just missed out at Leicester back in June and makes more appeal than top weight Castle Combe, a runner-up over 2m at Kempton last time. But CAPTAIN NAVARRE (NAP) was narrowly beaten by Mustard in a Class 2 event at Haydock last time and Lydia Pearce's charge should make another bold bid in this lower grade and confirm running with Akavit in the process. Devon Drum finished ahead of The Quarterjack when second here last month and should also give a good account.
