Verdict
Princess Shabnam won over track and trip recently but is 6lb higher while Tolstoy was still beaten a long way when second at Chester. Crimson Sand is hard to win with nowadays and was only fourth in a lower grade at Newmarket but ABOVE drops down in class. The latter struggled at Ascot last time but is better judged on his earlier second in a tough sprint at Headquarters and Stuart Williams’ charge won in this grade when last seen over track and trip.
