In depth

Verdict

Progressive last year when winning three times, GIANTSTEPSAHEAD should be sharper for a recent reappearance at Newmarket in better company than this. He is just preferred to Ocean Applause, who finished ahead of Automated when third at Windsor last week. Gowran winner Gone Viral is 7lb higher and has yet to threaten for new connections while Megamunch is best at Southwell and Our Queenie remains resolutely out of form despite sliding down the weights.
