        Verdict

        Mezmaar had finally slipped far enough down the weights to get his head back in front over track and trip last time and Sonnet Rose is usually thereabouts at this level. World Breaker looks no nearer winning yet but Bombshell Bay scored at Brighton before a poor effort at Salisbury. KACHUMBA also won at Brighton in July and is only 2lb higher today. Dropping down a grade for this, Rae Guest’s filly gets the nod in this opener.
