      Verdict

      Mr Scaramanga won at Brighton when stepped up to 6f and carries a 7lb penalty back over the minimum trip. Gerrard's Fur Coat is also penalised 4lb for winning a lesser event over track and trip last month and has been beaten since. Mistime was placed at Bath a fortnight ago without looking like catching the winner so a chance is taken on the newcomer KAMRA in this. The first foal of a winning sprinter in the USA is partnered by Frankie Dettori and preferred to the other newcomer Precious Plum.
