Verdict

An open contest but ICONIC MOMENT remains unbeaten having just got the better of re-opposing stablemate New Definition over 7f at Lingfield. He’s big price for the 2000 Guineas but should stay this extra distance. Brave Emperor beat Alzahir by only a head in a conditions race at Kempton with Tenjin not far behind in third and Killybegs Warrior and Coco Jack further behind. Bold Act returns to action for Godolphin and is preferred to both Physique and Think Climate while the Irish colt Stormy Entry has plenty to find on the terms.
