In depth

Verdict

Philboy showed improvement for the fitting of a first-time visor when chasing home Pinchbeck at Ripon and makes a quick reappearance to take advantage of a lenient mark. Princess Electra has been struggling to get home over further and may appreciate the drop in trip while the unexposed General Smith must go close if reproducing his Brighton third last time. Loughlorien has not been disgraced since landing a minor event here in March and is another to consider in a tricky finale.
