      Verdict

      Skye's The Limit made a bright start on similar going to this at Musselburgh but didn't appear to handle Polytrack at Kempton. Princess Myla has run a little bit better on her last two starts but will need more as will Thornaby Princess, who showed some promise at Thirsk but didn't last home over an extra furlong at Newcastle. NOBLE ASSET, who cost £155,000 at the breeze-up, attracted some support at York last month but ran in snatches. He'll be better for the experience and can start repaying some of that outlay. The newcomers Marlismamma and Traditionelle have speedy pedigrees and wouldn't need to be world-beaters to make a successful start.
