In depth

Verdict

Desert Team reportedly banged her head in the stalls at Beverley so that could go some way to explaining the poor performance on the day. Vaunted had bits and pieces of form on fast ground for Clive Cox and this will be a second start for Nigel Tinkler. VADAMIAH is the archetypal sprinter in form with two recent victories. Graham Lee deputises for regular pilot Paul Mulrennan but has ridden the filly before. Lovely Mana is tried in first-time cheekpieces and is respected on his long journey up from Newmarket.
