The shortlist contains Dubonai, Industrial Star and Zeitgeist, with the vote going to Industrial Star. The selection put up a good preformance in beating Balyan last time and, given that he had had time-off owing to a motor-related accident, that win said a lot about his ability and his temperament, things that should continue to serve him well. Dubonai has won a maiden hurdle and he was in the process of running a very good race when falling last time from a mark of 102 in a handicap hurdle. He is respected, as is Zeitgeist, a course and distance winner who is a 92-rated winner on the Flat. Of the others, we will give a mention for Dune Raider, who initially cost 120,000 dollars - his dam is a half-sister to a Kentucky Derby winner, no less - and, being a 79-rated Flat winner, he should be watched with the future in mind. For today's selection, though, we stick with Industrial Star.
