Rockley Point won this in 2018 and 2020, the latest being his last victory. ZOOM STAR won the race a year ago on soft ground and is only 2lb higher. She's better than she showed on Tapeta last time so gets the nod. The Gloaming, Stroxx and Prayer Matt fought out the finish of a Musselburgh handicap a couple of weeks ago. The latter pair are still maidens but Tim Easterby's filly didn't quite get the run of the race and can reverse the places. Shesadabber has continued to run well since her soft-ground Chepstow victory though she's 6lb higher while Hot Scoop's course and distance victory came on fast ground.
