Verdict
Another wide open handicap here with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Amaryllis, She's So Pretty and Blue Jet and the vote is given to Amaryllis. The selection was a fair third behind Hucklebuck. That form looks solid and off the same mark and with the step up in trip likely to bring about more improvement he looks the one to be on.She's So Pretty rates the main danger on her latest third behind Polyquest. That form has since been franked and she will not be far away but she is hard to win with. Blue Jet is another with place claims on his latest third behind Hora but all his best form is with more cut in the ground. Runs Riot is from a shrewd yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market but consistency is not his strong point. Of the others Mable has conditions to suit and could go well at a price but she looks in the handicappers grip at present and for the winner we return to Amaryllis to small stakes.
