Verdict

David Evans arrives here mob-handed with three of the seven entries. Choice Of Remark, a maiden auction winner at Warwick in May, should prove the best of the trio and will be difficult to beat as he didn't have much luck over 7f at Newbury when impeded at a vital stage. LADY JOURDAIN showed promise on her debut here and showed the benefit when landing a seller at Ripon on Saturday where she defied missing the break and not getting the clearest of runs. She should progress again and gets the vote in receipt of 5lb. Fortune Star hasn't shown much though in slightly better company and can prove best of the remainder.
