Verdict

INGENTI scored at Beverley yesterday and carries a penalty for that success. He still makes most appeal in his current form if taking part and can go in again. Choc'A'Moca looks next best if the former gives this a miss as he's only 3lb higher than when also scoring at Beverley last month. He's preferred to yet another recent winner at Beverley in Niceonemyson, who has gone off the boil of late. Commanche Raider looks no nearer to taking advantage of a slide down the weights but Perfect Words finished runner-up over 6f here last month and should go well.
