Raybaan has been knocking on the door of late and can get back recent losses, with Key Oneothree, Dalblair and Party Ploy expected to figure as well. Raybaan, drawn in stall one, was strongly fancied at Beverley three weeks ago, but could not cope with the finishing kick of Blackthorn and went down by two and a half lengths. It was not a strong event but it was the four-year-old's first glimpse of form this term and augurs well for his chance of making amends. He remains well treated on the form he showed to score at Redcar last July and should make a bold bid. Key Oneothree, placed a couple of times this season, is obviously not one of Mark Johnston's better inmates but could be good enough to merit place support, while Dalblair has the assistance of Kevin Darley, a definite plus point. Party Ploy is well treated these days and providing that he adapts to the shorter trip, is another to consider, but we will stick with Raybaan as the selection.
