Well held over a mile on his last two starts the pick returns to the trip of his sole success and that he only just missed out over when 1lb worse off three starts back. Ellies Image carries that rare thing in this race recent winning form, which came last time out but she only just held on and a penalty might stop her following up. Needy McCredie is consistent and based on his penultimate run should go close while Regal Emperor might have more to offer after an improved run. A real tough one to close with but Northern Flyer should go better for a drop in trip.
