      Verdict

      PERFECT THOUGHT won a novices' contest at Newmarket in November but was well and truly 'lit up' on her reappearance there last month and was soon beaten after attempting to make all over that 7f. Paul Hanagan replaces an apprentice and can steer her to another victory. Bow Belles has only raced over the minimum, landing a soft-ground novices' contest at Ripon a year ago but Moonlit Sands, a selling plate winner at Beverley in May, only just failed to concede 7lb to Etienne Gerard back there a couple of weeks ago. Super Florence is still a maiden after 13 starts but went close over the minimum at Musselburgh last week and should be winning soon.
