This looks wide-open though West Leake Hare won over course and distance in July last year when old-timer Beckermet was among the also-rans. Fleurtille won twice over 5f here last year but the extra quarter-mile is a worry. Running Reef is a course and distance winner, however, and Piceno won over 7f on soft ground at Newmarket last year, though was disappointing on the Fibresand over the winter. ALEXANDRAKOLLONTAI has never won over 7f but stayed on strongly behind Beckermet over the trip at Redcar on her final start last year and is better off at the weights now. She can make a winning reappearance under regular pilot Julie Burke with Delores Rocket probably best of the rest.
