Verdict

CALL ME MULLIGAN, who landed a beginners chase at Worcester in July under AP McCoy, makes his hunter chase debut and should be good enough to beat a modest bunch despite conceding weight. Lem Putt and Braden Brook are both recent winners between the flags and obviously in good form, but Murphys Beau looks more of a threat as he will enjoy the quicker ground and was placed in three handicaps last summer. Walter's Laddie has won four point-to-points but has been finding one too good recently and makes his debut under Rules here.
