      Verdict

Getabuzz is edging closer to a first success over timber, only going down by a neck to Catcher Star in a novices' handicap at Wetherby on Boxing Day. He'll be thereabouts again here while winning bumper Sealous Scout stepped up on his hurdling debut at Wetherby when second at Carlisle last time. JOHNNY OG appears to have two ways in running and turned in a shocker when a warm favourite at Hexham last time. But the ground was desperate that day and he'd probably win this if reproducing the form an earlier second at Chepstow. Gold Show was only beaten a neck over track and trip on her penultimate start and also has claims.
