Madam Lilibet needs a longer trip nowadays as she showed when second over 2m5f at Pontefract last time. Eurato bids for hat-trick having landed a double on the all-weather but has not won on Turf since trained in France back in 2013. Desktop won at Wolverhampton in March but was well beaten in soft ground over track and trip last year and Silver Shuffle remains 9lb higher than last season’s victory here. Summerlea has a shout but a chance is taken on DUKE OF DIAMONDS staying the trip as he is a half-brother to 2m winner Spiritoftomintoul among others and has plenty of scope on only his fifth start.
