In depth

Verdict

Amir Pasha is something of a course specialist and well enough treated on his latest second over track and trip behind Lights Of Broadway. Amazing Blue Sky finished ahead of Politbureau at Newcastle last month but isn't really improving and Zermatt is proving a big disappointment. Nafaath has been dropped a couple of pounds since his fourth at Carlisle and enters the reckoning but he's closely matched with SNOWED IN, who has finished second since at Sedgefield. We'll take Barbara Butterworth's grey to grabs the honours today.
