Verdict

Tonto's Spirit is seeking a seventh course victory but isn’t getting any younger. Gaelik Coast should appreciate the switch back to fences but last year’s winner FIRE AWAY may have been primed for a repeat being 14lb lower. De Barley Basket has an excellent strike-rate over fences and wouldn’t be far away if fully wound-up but Marshalled boasts the more recent form having scored at Newcastle less than two weeks ago, despite being less than fluent. He’ll need to jump better here but looks in good heart.
