Verdict

Oliver's Gold hasn't won for a year and though he's won nine races, several from higher marks, he's found one too good in his last four starts. RINGARINGAROSIE (NAP) had been threatening to win before a poor run at Hexham where she pulled much too hard. Restraining tactics were employed at Sedgefield a couple of weeks ago and she got the job done nicely so a follow-up looks on the cards despite a 6lb rise. She had Jokers And Rogues 14l behind and should have no problems confirming the form while Zolfo won a similar race at Bangor a year ago but hasn't been able to deal with the subsequent weight rise.
