A modest contest in which POLLY HOPPER is the stand-out on form and should make the journey from Gloucestershire worthwhile for the Twiston-Davies team. She's shown promise on all three starts, most recently when runner-up to Mrs Peachey at Towcester beaten just over a couple of lengths. Her rivals have yet to match that level but it will be interesting to see if the McCain inmate, Notimetowaste, improves for a set of hurdles after showing little in either bumper start, whilst The Flaming Matron has posted a series of mid-division finishes in three bumper runs and a maiden hurdle. She may improve for the step-up in trip and rates the likeliest threat. Grethel was unplaced here in selling company over the Bank Holiday.
