Verdict

The day’s feature has attracted a big field. Ask Paddington tries a new trip but arrives in form and is still well treated on past performances. Native Fighter is only a pound higher than when successful over track and trip in August and is preferred to stablemate No Hiding Place. Kaizer has won twice at Kelso this year but was a long way behind AN TAILLIUR at Haydock six weeks ago. Jonjo O’Neill’s grey has done nothing but improve since getting off the mark at Market Rasen just over a year ago and still has scope over this sort of trip. Wbee is 18lb higher than when landing this 12 months ago and looked in the handicapper’s grip last time at Haydock but Giovanni Change is interesting with Brian Hughes keeping the partnership intact while Grangeclare Glory’s win at Ffos Las will have boosted confidence.
