Verdict

There was more promise in Pretty Miss Mahler’s third at Kelso and she is back on a winning mark but Dartford Warbler was never going the pace over a shorter trip last time at Market Rasen and the veteran Morning Royalty would have preferred an easier surface. Justforjames beat a good yardstick at Catterick in February but INCHCOLM has the more recent form. Tristan Davidson’s nine-year-old has been raised a further 6lb since his second at Hexham but is much improved and may be able to cope.
