Verdict

Glen Countess has been placed in four of her six starts over the larger obstacles and has been dropped 3lb since her latest third at Newcastle. She must have some sort of chance but the penny appears to have dropped with BADGERS RETREAT and, though he's been raised 7lb since scoring at Market Rasen, the top weight can complete the hat-trick. Salut Honore appears to have two ways of running and Peak Seasons is probably a few pounds too high in the weights now while Jive Master, Against The Wind and Novikov are all best watched at present.
