GLENGARRY came good at Musselburgh last week on his handicap debut. Keith Dalgleish’s colt returned a cosy two-length winner and has enough scope to defy a 6lb penalty. Bahamian Bird won her latest start at Ayr when stepped up to today’s trip but is upped 5lb and while Relight My Fire and Like No Other have both been thereabouts recently the former usually saves his best for Beverley. Surewecan won over track and trip in May and is only 2lb higher but it was soft ground when Royal Duchess won at Ayr last month with Avenue Of Stars back in fifth. Sunnua is another who would prefer softer going but Strong Man drops down a grade and could go well.
