Having revealed distinct promise on her first two starts, DERRIANA SPIRIT (NAP) failed to handle the step up to Listed grade when unplaced at Market Rasen but the level achieved previously would suffice here. She travelled notably well on those previous runs and should be better suited by ground conditions here than was the case in Lincolnshire. Blue Baton, Donnas Dream and Lily's Gem have shown shards of promise but Lady Samback returns from an absence. The one to note in the market may be Ruby Tiger as she travels all the way from Shropshire to make her racecourse debut and is Henry Daly's sole runner on the card.
