Time Marches On, Silver Sedge and Planters Punch are three against the field in this competitive handicap and the narrow vote is given to Time Marches On. The selection has been in good form of late without winning but was a fair second behind Front Rank, that form has since been franked and off the same mark here he looks the one to be on. Silver Sedge rates the main danger as he will relish conditions but the suspicion is he may just need the run after a 209 day aabsence Planters Punch is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he looks weighted up to his best. Falming Heck was a fair second behind Rossin Gold last time and is another with plaace claims but he is hard to win with. Of the remainder Lowsha Green and Sands Rising are stable companions and hail from a yard in form so are worth a cautionary look in the market but for the winner we return to Time Marches On.
